Story shared: I will miss my friend

I knew Claire when she lived in Naugatuck. I am lucky enough to have one of her beautiful quilts that she made. I have many great memories of Claire. She was so supportive and a wonderful friend. I can go on forever with stories, but my heart is broken. I know Claire loved her son, daughter in-law and grand children. Claire was a strong, loving person. My prayers to her and her family. I will miss my friend.

I just recently moved to Az. to be near Family. Claire and I kept in contact and in August, I had a nice note from her. She and I attended Senior Centor Activities together in Naugatuck. We also belonged to a Grange Quilting Group and I recall her lovely work. A member told me of her death which I was saddened to hear of. Claire was very spiritual and loved the Church and her ministry. I shall personally miss her letters and encouragement in my new adventure. My sympathy to her family but she is now with her GOD in heaven and watching over them. Sincerely, Barbara
